Bra läge men katastrofal service!!
Jag bodde här under två veckor. Detta är ett prisvärt hotell i bra läge. Även prisvärd room service. Dock är servicen under all kritik så bo inte här om du tycker att service är viktigt.

The property was poorly maintained, room 903's split AC cannot maintain proper room temperature. The amenities provided are minimum. Free coffee is suposed to be provided at the lobby at non breakfast time, but we are rufused to access the coffee during non breakfast time. Strange rule, can't understand the logic.

Outdated, no power outlets by the beds. Good luck with CPAP machines or charging phones or laptops. The hot water is so hot that will harm you. Tried to call for room service and nobody answered. Asked for a room service menu and took 3 hours for me to get it. Many homeless in the area and interesting that the front door is locked even early afternoon, that made me wonder about the safety of the area. Only plus bfast is included, nothing special but OK.

Exceptionally clean. Desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Located just a block off Florida Avenue and within easy walking distance to shopping, food, and cultural activities. Would stay again!!

Has seen better days
The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are big and the beds are ok. The rooms feel empty and not welcoming or cozy. The air conditioning dropped drops of water on the floor if leaving it on all day. I selected this hotel because I was offered a "secret" deal, plus a wine bottle at the arrival, but nobody held responsabilty on the wine bottle. The staff said that I had to get in touch with Hotels.com so that they could bring the bottle... Logic tells me it was the hotel the one in charge of giving it to me. Well, anyways, you get what you pay for. It is ok if you are only sleeping at the hotel. Don't expect ANY luxuries. The neighborhood is ok but has plenty of homeless people living around.

Muy dejado y sucio.
Pesimamente mantenido. Parece un hotel 3 estrellas o menos. Llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia, el baño lleno de pelos del hospedaje anterior. el colchon es viejo. En recepción te atiende gente sin uniforme que no te avisa que el desayuno y la limpieza se hacen solo a pedido del huésped. afuera en la vereda del hotel es horrible la suciedad que hay. en definitiva no se ocupan de nada y mucho menos de la limpieza en general

Me tomaron la reserva y el hotel estaba completo. No me devolvieron el dinero porque ya era muy tarde para cancelar cuando me entere que el hotel estaba completo. Es que me enteré estando en la recepción a las 22 hs . Pésimo servicio.

We have stayed at this Hotel on 2 occasions and have found it excellent we did have an issue this time around but was resolved immediately by an upgrade to a suite location is ideal close to Florida Street for shopping etc and other attractions we are staying here again next week on way back from Patagonia

The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Certainly recommend the use of the front desk booking a taxi - you are told the price at the front desk for your final acceptance. The hotel kept our cases in a secure storage area for several days while we traveled around and we received a warm welcome on our return. The only downside was the water supply in the room, which was a little spasmodic and required some patience.

Location was great and walking distance to shopping, information on what to do etc. Staff were very accommodating and it was no problem to change rooms when we asked due to a problem with the air conditioner. Bed was comfy but pillows were not so great. Lovely fruit at breakfast.

Location is good since it is centrally located. I felt the breakfast was mediocre: They serve brewed coffee that has been sitting for hours, and the quality of the pastries and croissants is not good. Dazzler needs to offer better coffee and maybe a simpler breakfast with better ingredients, including organic food. Something that was really annoying not to have electrical outlets near the bed stands. It was really bad to have the electrical plug to charge my cell phone on the other side of the room.
