The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 170 m2 apartment! It is the perfect place for families or large groups who wish to enjoy an excellent location in the city. We are meters from the most beautiful parks and major tourist attractions in the city, including the famous Floralis Generica, the Faculty of Law, the Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia, the National Library and the Recoleta Mall.
The apartment has five comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition, we have air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort during your stay.
Our apartment also has a storage space and a separate laundry room for your convenience. In addition, there are 2 single sofa beds to accommodate 2 additional guests. High speed internet is available to keep you connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Recoleta is an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina, known for its beautiful mansions, high-end shops, and its famous cemetery where the remains of Argentine historical figures rest. It is also a cultural center with several museums and art galleries, and has a wide range of restaurants and cafes. It is an exclusive residential area with large green areas such as Thays Park and Plaza Francia, and it is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.
Getting Around:
Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
