Keys are available 24/7 at our office located at Avenida Cabildo 1117. Security staff will have an envelope ready under your name. Please provide the full name and ID of the person collecting the keys when you confirm your booking — this ensures a smooth, wait-free arrival at any hour.

40m² designed to feel complete without excess. The bedroom is fully separated from the living area, with a double bed and dedicated storage. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors. Building amenities — rooftop pool, solarium, and laundry — are available exclusively for registered guests.

Las Cañitas sits between Palermo and Belgrano, making it easy to move across the city. Buses on Avenida del Libertador and Luis María Campos connect directly to downtown, Puerto Madero, and the airport bus terminal. The neighborhood is highly walkable — most of what you need day-to-day is within a few blocks.

This is an entire apartment managed by a professional team — not an occasional host. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Key collection requires valid ID from the registered guest. Building amenities (pool, solarium, laundry) are for registered guests only and subject to building hours and regulations.
