The room was 35C when I arrived at 8 pm. I asked to be able to use the pool, one of the main reasons that I choose this hotel, but I was told it closes already at 8pm and doesent open until 11 am. Its supposed to be 39C tomorrow, so by the time it opens it will already be too hot to use it. I had to go for a walk to calm down, but by the time I was back the room wa still way to hot, due to weak airconditioner. The shower is very old, and falls appart when you try to use it and the place looks run down. It needs a major renovation!

Bra hotell centralt i Buenos Aires
Ett perfekt hotell nära till allt, trevlig personal bra standard på rummet och bra frukost. Poolen på taket fyllde sin funktion om än liten. Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss detta hotell igen.

Fint hotel. Städningen på vårat rum utfördes sent på eftermiddagen så det krockade när man kom hem från sina dagsturer på stan. Fick påminna receptionen om att få städat 2ggr. Nära till San Telmos restauranger Skönt med pool att svalka av sig i.

Bästa möjliga läge, men vi fick ett rum på 4:e våningen som var ganska slitet. Vi var tre vuxna och rummet var bra tilltaget.

NH city Hotel Buenos Aires. Great location.
Om one side of the most central square Plaza de Armas. On an other side, the famous Casa Rosada where Evita Peron had her speaches on a special balcony. The main museum and Pope Fransiscus cathedral on the remaining sides. So central it can be, ar the end of the main walking street Florida. Good rooms and service. Perfect breakfast.

Helt okej, men hade förväntat mig mer.
Vi stannade två nätter och fick inte utsikt mot staden som det stod i beskrivningen, minibaren var ur funktion så fick byta rum dagen efter, stela receptionister, kunde ha varit mer service-minded och leende!! Fick be om en så enkel sak som hårbalsam...frukosten hade mycket variation men kändes mer som en kontinental frukost. Hotellet var som gjort till enbart businessmän.. Hotellet i helhet kändes lite trött och inte helt tip top men helt okej om man inte ska vistas på rummet hela dagen. Mitt i centrum, ganska nära till allt turistigt.

Optimal Location & Excellent Service
Very conveniently located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Doesn't get more central as all the Subway lines start from Plaza de Mayo. Accomodating and highly professional service from great staff. Certainly there are cheaper hotels in BA but our stay was perfect.

Serviceinriktad personal och toppenläge.
t serviceinriktad personal som i alla lägen ställde upp för oss. Bra läge men en minuts avstånd till Plaza Mayo med presidentpalats mm. Buenos Aires inköpscentrum låg ett stenkast därifrån Vill man använda tunnelban( taxi mycket billigt) låg en hållplats ca 100 meter från hotellet.

A city hotel with the best location!
Vi bodde på hotellet i 2 nätter, för att enkelt kunna gå runt stan och uppleva allting runtom. Vi hade bara 100-200 meter till Plaza de Mayo, och 10 minuter ner till hamnen till de fina restaurangerna! Hotellets rum var bra, och frukosten var riktigt bra! Mycket goda desserter och riktigt fint frukostrum. Hotellet hade väldigt fin och inbjudande lobby och personalen i receptionen hälsade alltid trevligt. Utanför hotellet fanns en butik att köpa vatten och godis i, så det var inte så långt man behövde gå. Hotellet är uppdelat i två byggnader och man hade tillgång till poolen på taket på ena byggnaden. Helt okej mindre pool, några solstolar och bra utsikt. Bra om man vill ligga och sola någon timma och svalka sig.

Nothing like the photos. Hotel lobby nicest thing about it. Room was dated and curtains broken. Some electrical plugs didn't work. Beds were fraying. Poor quality for what we paid for.

Comfortable, friendly
Friendly service and a comfortable room. Unfortunately some aspects were showing wear/neglect. A light that wouldn’t go off, the safe was missing numerals making it impossible to operate, the bathroom lights could only be operated from by the beds, not on the wall by the bathroom. All minor, but shouldn’t be. Still, I’d stay again.

Stayed here only two nights. Room was not ready at check in time, it was ready only an hour later. Was told just to wait, in the lobby or go for a walk, did not offer anything to compensate for the wait. This is an Expedia VIP hotel but did not receive any perks. Room was old, beds were comfortable but not enough lighting, no safe either on our room we had the family quadruple room. Even though the location is perfect based on my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

The best part of the hotel was its location. Its right in the middle of center city. There were lot of city landmarks within walking distance. The dining, entertainment, tour options were plenty. The staff was very helful.for anything we needed.

Un hotel muy anticuado. Poco cuidado y antiguo. Es la versión más mala de sus fotos, no parece un 5 estrellas ni de lejos, parece un 2 estrellas. Se nos rompió el retrete 3 veces y tardaron mucho en arreglarlo. La habitación tenía una ventana pequeña que daba a unos aires acondicionados de otro edificio. Mucho ruido y feo. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber entspricht keinem 5-Sterne-Haus in Deutschland. Die Dichtungen der Duschwand waren teilweise nicht mehr vorhanden, sodass das Bad unter Wasser stand. Der Zustand des Fitnessstudios war katastrophal und entsprach keinesfalls den Bildern auf der Webseite. Nicht ein Technogym Gerät, ein Multifunktionsgerät, welches nicht funktionierte und die Hantel waren zur Hälfte nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee nicht so. Das Personal war bemüht und meistens auch sehr freundlich. Die Lage und die Umgebung waren für unsere Vorgaben perfekt. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz, aber wir hatten dennoch eine gute Zeit.

We have traveled to Argentina 3 times all hotels we stayed at were excellent but this was located at the best place with friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible and centrally located. Highly recommend.
