The house can accommodate up to 7 people. It has two floors



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms equipped for 6 people (all with hot/cold air conditioning), 1 dining room with heating and cooling, featuring a dining table, 6 chairs, and 2 armchairs at the head of the table.
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a state-of-the-art electric oven, and an air purifying range hood.
Under-counter cabinets and a cupboard with a microwave, electric kettle, waffle maker, and citrus juicer.

1 master bathroom with a bathtub, tempered glass shower enclosure, and a bidet.
1 bathroom with a shower inside the guest room, office, or service quarters.

The first floor features a spacious family room with a motorized screen and a home theater projector, along with a comfortable three-piece sofa bed. This space includes a refrigerator with a freezer and a built-in kitchen with a gas cooktop.There is another air-conditioned room and one bathroom with a sink and a high-pressure shower.

The highlights of the house are the two spacious terraces—one at the front and one at the back—where you can enjoy a barbecue with family and/or friends, sunbathe and relax in the Paraguayan hammock, and take a refreshing dip in the hot tub!

The house has stairs in several areas, so it is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

The listed price is for 7 guests; each additional guest costs an extra 35 usd; the maximum capacity is 9 guests.
