Hotell nära Buffalo Gap Historic Village

“Brukar alltid söka efter Comfort Inn när jag ska bo en natt och har hyrbil. Ligger oftast i lugna områden och har en liten högre klass än de billigaste hotell med ok standard. Detta hotell ligger dock lite offside och om du är ute efter att ta en promenad till ett utbud av restauranger så går det inte här.”

“The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier.”

“This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no.”

“I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.”

“I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.”

“You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.”

“Jag och några vänner var på genomresa och bestämde oss för att övernatta på det här hotellet. Personalen var trevlig, men rummet var inte fullt lika trevligt. Det låg någon konstig doft över rummet och AC fungerade inre. Överlag så var det väl okej, men inte mer än så.”

“Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

“Bed / sheets were clean. Bathroom smelt like it had been mopped with sour water. Carpet was stained with pee stains. I could see daylight under the door.”

“We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.”

“Room was decent. Breakfast was best part of stay. Donna was fantastic. Paid entirely too much money for the stay but it was fine. ”
