The home was beautiful with many updated details. It was comfortable and flawless. This is nicer than my home and was impressive. I liked everything about it. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Mobility impaired folks would have difficulty with the stairs. Also it is situated very close to the Elmwood Village center.

Swim meet weekend in Buffalo

Great property, fantastic location. Our host was extremely helpful and informative, we greatly appreciated all of his restaurant recommendations. Elmwood village is very quaint, enjoyed exploring it. Overall fantastic stress free weekend.

Great location

Charming home that is conveniently located to all attractions and restaurants in Buffalo. Easy drive to Niagara Falls! Very clean home and spacious enough for a family of 2-4 people. Jon is a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time in Buffalo.

Impressive Townhouse

I spent a week in this beautifully restored townhouse duplex. It is spacious and comfortable, and only blocks away from great restaurants and nightlife. The keypad entry on the door makes coming and going super easy. Thank you, Jon!

Graduation weekend!

We booked this place for my son’s graduation, all I can say is I wish I knew about it when he was a freshman. The house is incredibly spacious, clean and aesthetically beautiful. The host was very responsive for all our questions. Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, thrift shops, or if you just like walking around neighborhoods with beautiful homes. I would highly recommend anyone staying there, couples families there’s something for everyone..

This property is gorgeous. We felt right at home...all the way from the beautiful dining room, completely renovated kitchen, to the most comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. Just need to figure out how to work the tv!! :)

Good base of operations for Niagara Falls area

My wife and I stayed here for four nights recently. The house is well kept and clean. It is very roomy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairway is spiral and narrow in spots so it was a little difficult to navigate with our heavy luggage. The bedroom's are large as is the upstairs bathroom. The W/D is in the bathroom which was nice to have since we had been in NYC for 5 days and put them to good use. There is plenty of space to hang clothes but not really a dresser to put other clothes. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs so that's where we slept.The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable there. It's about 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and lots of restaurants and a grocery and Starbucks nearby. The house really met our needs and was very convenient for getting around.

Had a wonderful stay - the townhouse is stunning and very spacious. The host did a great job making sure it’s clean, cozy and well decorated. The location is great and I’d definitely recommend staying here!
