We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our family. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, ease of check-in. And easy and swift communication with the friendly host. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home. Would love to stay again when I am visiting the area in the future.

Saul has a very clean, beautiful home! Everything was so clean and the location couldn’t be better. We had amazing communication with the host. We would love to stay here again!

I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area.

This was an excellent location for our girls weekend, a mother and 2 adult daughters. We were looking for a comfortable, clean, convenient, not too expensive place to stay and visit family in the area and small towns and locations nearby Atlanta. The location is a small home that has obviously been redone completely with new furniture, kitchen, appliances, flooring, and decor. It is very clean and doesn't have any odors. It was super quiet, the bedding was very comfortable, it was decorated nicely, the air conditioning worked well. There was a small living room/kitchen space that was perfect for 3-4 people. There is a deck, altho the back yard is not super inviting at this moment, a lot of tree stumps in what looks like a developing idea for a backyard space, it is surrounded by forests and we did see a deer out there. There is also a grill to use on the deck. The location is in a residential neighborhood, not in walking distance to anything, but a short drive to tons of dining, services, groceries etc. We explored Atlanta (45 minutes), Athens (45 minutes) Buford (15 minutes). The host was very responsive and an excellent communicator.

The property was well maintained, decorated very cute, plenty of blankets/pillows/soaps and things to get you started with your stay. The property description and pictures are 100% accurate.The property is in a nice quiet area. I think this is important to note when traveling to an area you are not familiar with. We felt safe in a nice neighborhood.There are a lot of fun things to do within a 10 minute drive, shopping/food/arcades/etc. We chose to Uber into Atlanta and had no issues getting a ride there or back.When we come back to visit family we will look for this listing again. 10/10 recommend!

Short Stay, Lasting Impressions!

From start to finish, this rental exceeded our expectations. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was exactly as described, if not better. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Although we were in town for a wedding and our stay was short and busy, it was such a relief to come back to a space that was not only comfortable but felt like a true retreat. The patio, grill, dart board, and other games were a great bonus. We wish we had more time to enjoy them all. The home was well lit outside and nestled in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Neighborhood!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. Buford Drive is nearby and can be a busy road, but it made it easy to get around. There are so many attractions close by, including Coolray Field, Mall of Georgia, Andretti Indoor Karting, Pickleball Social, and even a Tennessee Moonshine spot! Whether you want to relax or explore, there’s no shortage of things to do in the area. Plus, it’s only about 45 minutes from Atlanta.We highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to everything Gwinnett County has to offer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was quite clean and beautifully decorated. The deck and backyard were a special bonus for an outdoor-loving person. I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway but near great restaurants and the Mall of Georgia.

Lovely property with everything we needed for the perfect stay. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, great entertainment systems and Saul was always on hand to answer questions. We would definitely try to book this house again next time we are visiting family
