“Great place for solo or couples, staff was helpful and even though I came early I was able to lock up my bags before my check in, bring cash for the added tax or just pay with card (extra fee). Rooms are pretty much sound proof, showers were open but private, room is straight to the point and there’s space under the bed for luggage, an open kitchen to heat up your convenience store finds. Around 20+ minutes walk to some nightlife and shopping! For me it was a bit hard to get a taxi but the city...

“Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout. The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch! Hotel Muso is...

“We traveled to Kyoto as a family of 4 and arrived to Mimaru Suites in the evening. The room was like having a small apartment. It had two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one attached to the one of the rooms and one was separate. The layouts on the website are accurate. We even had a couple nights where we watched Netflix like we do at home (however it was in Japanese! We had to do English subtitles!) There is tea and coffee available every morning from 7am - 10pm and also free sake and...

“Fantastic location near so many sights and shops”

“Beautiful.”

“Excellent hotel, highly recommended. It has everything you need.”

“The Aoi Hotel is located centrally to great restaurants, shopping, local attractions, and beautiful views. I was pleasantly surprised to be far enough from the main hustle and bustle to have peace and quiet, but close enough to walk to enjoy Kyoto. The staff is helpful and friendly, just a chat away using their cool interactive pad accessible in the room. Our room had a washer/dryer and they provided detergent, which helped us get reset for our time in Kyoto. Did I mention it’s spacious! We had...

“I liked the free self-serve laundry and access to bike riding services. I thought the room was lovely, clean and spacious and the staff were accommodating when we needed a late clean.”

“Perfekt läge för sevärdheter och att ta sig runt i Kyoto. Väldigt fina rum med allt man behöver.”

“Perfekt boende med bra läge i Kyoto. Man behöver dock gå ca 1.5km enkel väg till respektive sevärdhet men det var inget problem för oss. Hade bokat detta boende igen.”

“Bra position, varmt bad, trevlig personal och bra air conditioning”

“Perfekt läge men mycket ljud på natten ”
