Bullhead City Riverfront 4 sovrum 3 bad W / Sandy Beach & privat brygga

Vårt Riverfront hem ligger i Bullhead City Arizona över från kasinon i Laughlin Nevada. Våra fyra sovrum tre badrum hem är idealiskt beläget fem miles söder om kasinon på Arizona sidan av Coloradofloden. Detta 2700 kvm. Fot rymliga hem är fullt utrustad med alla sängkläder, pappersvaror, tvål och köksredskap. Vårt semesterboende har två master sviter både med king size-sängar och ytterligare två sovrum med queen-size sängar plus en bäddsoffa i nedför trappor allrum och i övervåningen vardagsrummet. Den övre våningen master badrum har en stor Jacuzzi plus en stor dusch och dubbla handfat. Den stora övervåningen gäst badrum har ett badkar med dusch över den har också dubbla handfat. Vardagsrummet matsal och kök är båda i entréplanet på första våningen. Det stora vardagsrummet som är utrustad med en 60 '' satellit TVand blue ray-spelare med Netflix. I vardagsrummet är öppna för en full längd däck med en propan grill och stort matbord. De angränsande matsal båda också har fri utsikt över floden har. Köket har allt du behöver för att förbereda den speciella måltid. Det andra sovrummet ligger nere med ett stort fönster med utsikt över floden och en angränsande badrum med badkar och dusch över. Rec. rum på lägre nivå har ett spelbord och en 30 '' satellit-TV med en stor bild fönster med utsikt över floden och nedför trappor däck som är utrustad med en gas eldstaden, sittgrupp, med direkt tillgång till sandstranden och river

Great river home

The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 to stay! Great location on the river! Quiet, private, and great views. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. The biggest con was that the house was not very clean. The bathtubs each had 5-10 dead bugs inside. Woke up the first morning to ants in the living room. Cobwebs throughout the house, spiders, a couple cockroaches, and a lot of dead bugs/ dirt behind and underneath furniture. Another con was that the house is not baby/ toddler friendly at all and we had 2 toddlers with us. Lots of breakable decorations throughout the house that are easy for little ones to get into. Also, the baby gate that was provided was so old that it wasn’t sturdy enough to keep the toddlers safe from the stairs. So we ended up buying our own. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The price, location, and size of the house, outweighed any negatives for us and we would stay again!

Always a Fun Time at the River!

We have stayed at this river house for many years. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house had been renovated (bathrooms, kitchen, & floors)! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Gary who was so friendly. The beach and dock are absolutely the best for our family. It’s so convenient. Thank you for letting us continue to make great family memories at this beautiful river front home!

Another amazing trip

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Its our summer tradition. Every year it gets better. Kitchen was upgraded and all other rooms are immaculate. Host is extremely nice and very responsive. Thank you for another great trip!

Mini family Holiday

House is relaxing and feels like your visiting family! Lots of different areas to set up in. There was only 4 of us and the house could of easily accommodate a lot more .. Fire by the water ✅ splashing around ✅ sitting in the shade✅, cooking in the well equipped kitchen✅ eating or shopping nearby ✅. Hosts were easy to contact and responsive.

Some Issues

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. We walked in to a flooded home due to a pipe break in the bathroom. Obviously out of the owners control. But we traveled from California to celebrate my husbands birthday and we really had no other place to go so we had no choice but to stay. We got in pretty late, but we swept out most of the water and a restoration company came out the following day and put out loud fans that had to run all night and day to dry the place out. But aside from all of that, we first noticed the house was overly cluttered with older decor, and with alot of stuff comes dust and cob webs that were EVERYWHERE! As if nobody had come in to clean the home in years! There were cockaroach droppings in the kitchen drawers, the refrigerator was filthy, the master shower did not work, the oven didn't work, the wifi did not work and the bbq outside was not clean or provided with propane, so we had to go out and buy one. It was so unfortunate as we paid quite a bit of money to stay here, and we only got refunded less than half the amount we paid. If we had another option to just go elsewhere we would have, but we couldn't, so we tried to make the best of it. We did enjoy the backyard right on the lake, where we tried to spend most of our time. They had a beautiful set up and there was a perfect sandy beach spot. This home has so much potential, And if the cleanliness of the home and the utilities were kept up. I would definitely reccomend.

Disappointed Frequent Guest

The condition of the house when we arrived AFTER our 4pm check-in time on our scheduled date: -house not cleaned; -dirty linens in bedrooms; -dirty towels in bathrooms and laundry room; -bathrooms - trashcans full of trash; -dirty kitchen counters; -dirty and unsanitized refrigerators; -trash in garage -lock to gate leading to the beach jammed and eventually had to use a powertool to remove it (thank goodness my husband knew how to use it) - not owner's fault but it just added to our disappointment because the kids wanted to play on the beach My reaction: -I immediately called owner who said he would get hold of a cleaning crew and call back, which he did and said crew would arrive in about 20 minutes; -crew arrived 1 hour 10 minutes later; -most of my family left the house to let cleaning crew do their job; -me and my family are tired and hungry after having a commute well over 4 hours; -called owner back to get some compensation for the loss of time we paid for this house and he refused to compensate the day and said I was being UNREASONABLE; -both him and I agreed on $200 credit but I was very disappointed since we had been to this house a few times before COVID and my family and I were excited to be back. We traveled with 4 children under the age of 8; they were tired, hot, and hungry. We were ready to shower and settle for the evening but had to deal with this huge inconvenience for all of us so the least owner could have done is compensate the first day of our stay. My family and I were very excited to return to this house but excitement turned into disappointment with the owner's reaction when he stated that we were being unreasonable.

Beach is amazing

The beach at this property is one of the best. There is lots of room for pop ups, chairs, etc. Having the private dock was really nice since we had a jet ski.

Pictures don’t do justice!

The location of this property is amazing! I go yearly to bullhead and this property by far had the best beach for kids and adults to enjoy a nice relaxing time in the water. House was beautiful and a lot bigger than the pictures. I can’t wait to book this property for our next trip!!

Best trip ever

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property. We had the pleasure to stay here and enjoy some family time.
