Enjoyable Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at the River House. It is a wonderful location to hang out and relax. It has a beautiful view of the Colorado River. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, enjoying the scenery. Home was clean and comfortable. Location is close to restaurants and shopping.

Loved it !

I loved this home, the view, the river access! I wish it was a little cheaper because I would stay here every 2 weeks, we are a family of 5 and love the river! It's a amazing location and comforting home! The staff is also very friendly and helpful !! I would stay here again, hopefully soon ....

Enjoyable Stay

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Like last time, it was a very enjoyable experience. The view is great as the home is right on the Colorado River. This is a clean and cozy place to hang out at and the location is close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. We loved relaxing on the back patio to enjoy the scenery. Beach chairs are available if you want to sit closer to the water. The owner was welcoming and easy to contact in case there were questions.

Everything went well

This place is well-located, very well-stocked, well-managed, clean and attractive. There are many stores/restaurants within a mile or two. The river is just a few yards away and so the views/sunsets were excellent! We had a couple of issues and they dealt with them to our satisfaction very quickly. We would definitely return.

Great place!

Very comfy place to stay on the river. Gorgeous views out the front, nice roomy patio with plenty of outdoor furniture. Located in a decent neighborhood. Close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Sufficient parking for 2-4 cars. Our host, Valerie, was very responsive to our questions and was easy to work with. Check in and check out were simple and straightforward. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. All in all, it was a great experience!

Spring Retreat

We were very impressed with our accomodations. Everything was as described in the listing. The Kitchen was well furnished, the beds were comfortable and the other furniture was comfortable.. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the Colorado River with lots of activity. We like the personal touch of night lights strung around the patio and the lighted American flag. We had one small issue with the shower, but it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this listing,

Anniversary Trip

The description of the property says it has a dock, but it does not have one. All the other properties next to this one do. This one does not. It was a little disappointing. Other than that thisnolace was amazing.

Nice property awesome view

The property is nice. But a little on the older side. The owners put in new washer and dryer while we were there. The microwave and dishwasher are old and hard to work or broke. It was comfortable and nice otherwise. The larger area is boring during the winter. Not much to do unless you like gambling. When warmer the river would offer things to do. So nice

Winter Getaway

Very open living area. great views of the river. Bathroom shower was old and leaked water. Faucets were leaky. Shower had not been cleaned when we arrived. cleaning rags and toilet brush were in the shower. Only one hand towel for both bathrooms. When heat was turned on there was a musty smell from the vents.. Rotten egg smell from the kitchen sink. Carpet had stains on it. Kitchen was updated, but the rest of the place was old. Tv did not allow for local news and programs. difficult to use. No information on how to access it. Will not be returning to this property.

Just as advertised! Right on the river. Our host was very cordial and was very flexible with this during our stay. Although we did not really need to use all the amenities they pretty much had anything you could think of available if you stayed there. Can't wait to go again next year!
