“Vbro showed this property as free for Friday Saturday night. It looked good so we passed on other properties. They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal.”

“Great stay they were super helpful when our tv was not getting signal, they changed our room within minutes. Although that tv had bad connection as well along with slow internet. Toilets were tiny but overall nice experience!”
