Villa 'Hort Des Padri' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

This beautiful country house is just minutes from the center of Palma, Mallorca’s capital. It features air conditioning, a large garden, and a private pool measuring 7 m x 3.5 m.



Perfect for families or groups of friends. Please note that traffic noise from the nearby road can be heard. Spread over two floors and about 180 m², the house offers a spacious living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, fireplace, and comfortable sofas. From here, you access the porch with a fantastic sofa and plenty of shade. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table is near the living room and also leads to the terrace with table and gas barbecue.



There are four bedrooms in total (one double bed and three single beds) and three bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom, while the other two are upstairs, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.



The highlight is the large natural garden. Just 30 meters from the house, you’ll find the saltwater pool (7 m x 3.5 m, depth 0.80 m to 1.50 m). By the pool are sofas with a large parasol and eight sun loungers. A hammock hangs between tall palm trees. For those seeking activity, there’s a ping-pong table, playhouse, and swing for children. A cot and high chair are also available.



High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, dryer, workspace, and on-site parking are at your disposal. One pet is allowed on request. No events permitted. Palma Bay beaches are 10–15 minutes by car. The nearest bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. Important: No groups under 28 years, no parties, no pets.
