I changed the itinerary of the tour last-minute, and he was so kind about it despite the fact that I know it was an inconvenience. Everybody who I interacted with - the owner/manager Salman and my guides Abdul and Abdelkarim - where very kind and accommodating. The facilities were great, and I was kindly upgraded to a larger tent with its own bathroom facilities upon arrival as there was availability. âStayed three nights in February. Please note that the camp is about 15 minutes drive from Wadi Rum Village and is not in the village as shown by the map. Apparently most of the camps in Wadi Rum do this is to stop guests trying to drive themselves to the real site and getting stuck in the sand!
