I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! Tror inte att badrumsgolvet kommer att åtgärdas och det känns oacceptabelt att de låter gäster bo i rummet.”
