Hotell nära Burgess Park

“We were in room 101 large room which we loved the space. However there was only one small chair. Would be nicer if there were two. Especially since the tv is so far away from the bed. Hard to hear. Overall wonderful stay!”

“The room we were in was a handicap room and actually way to small to get around with my power wheelchair. The threshold board in the bathroom stuck up a half inch and was very slippery when it got wet.. The roll-in shower was slippery going into it with an uphill slant. And it took us a half-hour to get hot water before we could shower. We did not have heat in that room either but the bill was adjusted because of that.”

“Very clean, breakfast was good.”

“The last few visits I have informed the staff about the things that are in disrepair. I see they haven’t been attended to and the cleaning staff bangs on the door starting at 9am asking when you plan to check out. Yes I was most annoyed this visit.”

“I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

“First of all, Devin at the front desk is an angel. Helped me with my reservation confirmation issues. Everyone who works there was so helpful and kind as well as respectful. The room was immaculate and clean. Bed was so comfy, shower was amazing and the blow dryer was salon quality. Would absolutely stay there again anytime.”

“Love staying here”

“Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester”

“Grest”

“Nice hotel with personal touch of the rooms. I enjoyed it very much. Not like everything else hotels that have their standard. Very nice frontdesk. I would definately stay there again.”

“A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need.”

“trevligt! bra gym!”

“This hotel was gross. Stuff on the walls, mold in the bathroom, stained carpets…..I felt dirty the whole time. :(”

“I enjoyed my stay”

“If you’re looking for customer service I’d try a different hotel. Nobody welcomes you or tells you the amenities they offer. I have been here a week and my room has never been cleaned. When you need trowels you need to return your old ones and then they won’t have all of them. This is an extended stay hotel where there should be silverware, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Nothing is in the kitchen. The bathroom has basics so if you can bring your own. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Soda snack...
