A real summer dream! Genuine & charming limestone house in Hamra Stora Sindarve, from the middle of the 19th century, with 5 rooms including 4 bedrooms (140 sqm).

In our boat house we have 2 kayaks and a SUP that you can use.

Large leafy garden plot (3000 sqm), framed in a lilac hedge, privacy protected plot that provides private location, about 700 meters from Hamra. Small dirt road outside. Cows walk and graze on the expansive meadows that adjoin the house and extend all the way down to the sea.

900 meters to the sea. Walking distance to small sandy beach (1.2 km by road, takes about 13 min on foot and 5 min by bike). 10 min by car to one of Gotland's finest sandy beaches Austre & Holmhällar. There are also spectacular rauks.

In Hamra which is a few minutes walk away there is a bakery and the nice French bistro Hamra krog.

At Storsudret there are many attractions such as Hoburgsgubben, art hall with sculpture gallery at Körsbärsgården, hometown farm in Bottarve. Amusements, petrol stations, grocery stores, etc. is located in Burgsvik 8 km away. In Fide there is the Creperie Easy as a galette.

Everything is completely clean and the house is fully equipped with washing machine, WC, shower and a large kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and oven / hob. Wooden floors throughout the house except in bathrooms.

Upstairs (steep stairs) is this large bedroom with two single beds (90x200, 90X200) composed to a double bed. In addition, there are four additional single beds (90x200). In total there are 6 beds in that room.

Bedroom 5:
Small bedroom with 2 beds upstairs.

Kitchen:
Dishwasher, Smeg gas-stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and large and good selection of kitchen utensils. Large kitchen table that seats 8 people. Wood stove that can be fired.

Hall: dining table for 10 people. Sofa and TV.

Bathroom:
Shower, new washer and dryer (2018), WC, bidet, two sinks.

Garden:
Outdoor furniture in white painted wood, sofa holding three, chairs for three, pallets for two. Other chairs: 3 additional. Barbecue available (weber charcoal grill). Hammock and swing available.

bicycles:
We have some bikes of older standard to lend (1 yellow Crown, 1 green similar to the Crown and a Peak MTB).

Mandatory final cleaning SEK 1500. Bed sheets / linen are included own, may be rented if interest exists.
