Its sunny, elevated location on the edge of the forest offers the perfect setting for relaxation and serves as an ideal starting point for excursions, bike rides, or hikes in the Swabian Alb. In winter, skiers, cross-country skiers, and tobogganers will also find plenty to enjoy. We also extend a warm welcome to technicians and business travelers!
Spanning approximately 75 m², this bright and spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together upon request. In addition, the living/dining room features a large pull-out couch that provides additional sleeping space (sleeping area: 140 cm x 220 cm). The bathroom and kitchen are very bright and well-equipped. A microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are also provided. In addition to a cozy corner seating area in the living/dining room, there are also two seats in the kitchen for a quick morning coffee. The sunny southwest-facing balcony is accessible from both the living/dining room and the bedroom. Another outdoor seating area is available on the east side of the house.
