âFirst off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!â

âStaff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. â

âThis is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. âThe room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..â
âWent for a concert and a visit to Copperstown.
The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.

âIt was fine to have a clean quiet place to lay our heads but breakfast was a joke a little Debbie honey bun was just a stupid idea as continental breakfast. But all in all it was clean and quiet.â
