“Stayed in a cabin for two nights. Check in is non contact, self key collection, make sure to check your email for instructions prior to arriving for instructions. Upon arrival there were issues with cleanliness, however once management was contacted, it was rectified very quickly, compensation was offered, but I was happy that the issues were dealt with and declined. No refund can be given due to booking through Expedia. Brenda, the manager is lovely, professional yet kind and easy to talk to....
“Our room only had one queen bed even though it was booked for a family of four and should have contained two queen beds. After talking to reception we got a new room with a sofa bed for our kids.”
