GETTING THERE
It's about 30 minutes off of Interstate 75, about one hour south of Lexington, Ky and just under two hours north of Knoxville, TN.

PARKING
The driveway is large enough for 4 standard vehicles. There is a gravel, boat parking lot available in back, accessible by an access road off of Kinsey Ave.

ENTRY
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-in and late check-out available, by request, for an extra fee. Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.

THE LOCATION
The area is in a remote, sparsely populated mountain lake community. There are other homes in the area but it is very quiet.

High-speed! 300Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Firepit, grill, patio furniture, and string lights are for your enjoyment! To ensure cleanliness and a positive experience for all guests, we do charge a $40 grill use and cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, while we provide a citronella candle to mitigate mosquitoes and insects, this is an outdoor area and we highly recommend bug spray!

THINGS TO DO
Lake Cumberland is the primary attraction in the area. However, we are also centrally located to the General Burnside Island State Park, Cumberland Falls, Daniel Boone National Forrest hiking and bike trails, and several breweries and wineries!

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security cameras on the front door of the cottage.
