“Det allra bästa med detta boende var den fantastiska frukosten och frukostpersonalen. De får högsta betyg. Så serviceinriktade och glada, vänliga. De verkade älska sitt jobb. Supergod frukost! Tack! Dålig information i receptionen gällande parkering. Men det löste sig. Finns gott om allmän parkering kring boendet. Jag gillade inte rummets design med rör och ledningar i taket, det kändes ruffigt. Ful utsikt från fönstret mot husvägg. Designen med rör utanpå är pga att hotellet varit en fabrik...

Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

“We were in room 309. Room was clean for the most part other than a sticky spot on the carpet that we tried avoid. Furniture pretty beat up and it looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. No tv remote but the front desk was quick to get us one. Got down to the complementary breakfast at 7:30am and the eggs were gone and only 3 sausage links left. We were down there around 30 mins a the eggs never filled and 6 sausages were refilled. Coffee cups were out so I had to search the cabinets for...
