Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the...
âLoved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste â
âReally nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and thereâs a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didnât know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.â
âComfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tvâs, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.

âFabulous place, everything you need for an overnight or longer. Shower cubicle is only small & my other half is a big guy so he struggled a bit & the towels werenât very big so Iâd take my own bath sheets when we come again. Very clean only a double bed so again was a squeeze but comfortable & clean. The heating was on in the hall way so that was a shock as it was very humid & its the warmest spring everâ

Bed is good and firm.
But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains.
Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway.
Bathroom needs to be updated.
Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one.
Wall paper is coming off in the room.
No power outlets by the bed, not even usb.
Dirty windows.
I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it.
It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky.
A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs.
Positive:
Free parking and nice personnel in the morning.
I gave it two chances.
First time was bad, second worse.
Too bad because the location is quite suitable.
