“The receptions were an AMAZING , that morning we decided to walk to Sabrina’s AMAZING breakfast place. I might say. We would not have made it back at 11 for checkout so we called and asked for a late check out. She said sure . We were so pleased we could enjoy our breakfast without rushing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sheraton. ”

“Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). The only thing that would have been helpful is for them to provide information upfront that there’s not really a valet parking option available and there are no bell captains that can help with our luggage.”
