Everything was clean and there were rules tht we all pay attention to tht was great the hot tub was clean and ready to go it did say 4 rooms I only got 3 rooms but otherwise we all got to spend Christmas together during our busy life but thanks to this home away from home was great full will definitely book again

The house was clean & comfortable with a great location in a very nice community. We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tube was excellent, and we enjoyed the visiting deer out back and the firepit at night Only disappointment was the living room gas fireplace was not working.

Well appointed house - immaculate modern attractive furnishings. Perfectly suited for my writing since the sunroom had a large table. Though the days were cloudy and rainy that room was a delightful spot. Bed very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. Would have liked a comfortable reading chair but I suspect most visitors aren’t coming to the Poconos for that and don’t have such rainy weather.
Good setting for dinner or work!

The house is very clean and comfortable, I was looking for a weeked getaway from the city and the stress, I didn't even need to leave the community, with a pool, Hot Tub and a creek is all I needed to relax and that I did!! The host is wonderful, my stay was very worth it.

Lack of accuracy

Traveled with kids, the place is listed with access to indoor and outdoorCommunity pool, does not say extra charge per person to use the indoor pool. Would be nice toKnow ahead of time and the pricing. There is no manual to instruct guest of where anything is, like the main office, if they have any restaurants near by . Place is listed with a sofa bed, no sofa bed when we stood there which we were counting on for one of the kids. No AC units in any of the bedroom, one big unit for the living room. Listed with atleast 1 king side bed, none of the bedrooms had a king side bed, the first floor bathroom stand up shower has paint or is pealing from below none of us used it because I did not want to expose my kids to lead paint as I did not know what that was, leaving 6 guest with only 1 shower the upstairs one. Overal if you are traveling with adults it’s a nice quiet place, the host is responsive to text communication. Spoke with the host and asked if he can be more clear in the listing for his future guests

A great place to stay.

This property was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice location . It had a nice deck and a clean and maintained hot tub. The back had a pretty creek running through it. It was very relaxing to watch the creek .The property manager was easy to reach for any questions.

The place was nice and roomy. 3 bed rooms and 2 full baths. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. There was a fire pit with chairs and we enjoyed sitting down by the creek. This property just need a little TLC on the grounds around the house. Just needs weeded and trimmed.
