On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. Refused to accept the room...

In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list.

Frukosten var väldigt bra. "It was a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kampala. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 3 nights in our large King's size bedroom that was as big as a whole apartment, with two seperate bathrooms so that me and my girls could take care of our businneses privately. The bed was soft and comfy, the AC worked well, and it's good noice isolation in the room. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu at the hotel was tasty, good quality and affordable. We haven't had the time to check out the pool during the stay. We also got breakfast for our check -out that we ate in the car for the trip to our safari journey. The personnel was kind and very helpful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for us both."
