Apartment with a view in the center of Bussang

Enjoy easy access to Bussang's center, as the vacation home is just a 5-minute walk away. You'll find a variety of shops, including a grocery store, bakery and cheese shop, as well as restaurants and essential services such as a pharmacy and post office.

The tourist village of Bussang offers you a multitude of possibilities for sporting or cultural activities, in winter and summer: alpine and Nordic skiing, hiking, cycling, lakes, internationally renowned theatre, casino, and many others.

The accommodation has all the appliances you may need during your stay: refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric cooker, oven, raclette machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, and vacuum cleaner.

For groups of more than 8 people or if you wish to have additional bedrooms/bathrooms, you can book a second apartment located in the same building. For more information, please contact us.

Other things to note:
Bed linen and medium sized towels are provided and washed by us.
The accommodation must be left perfectly clean.
We offer an optional cleaning service at a cost of 50€ to be booked in advance.
* Parties are strictly forbidden, with the exception of the end-of-year holidays, in accordance with the following rules.
* The rules of good neighbourliness must apply.
* Keep the volume limited after 10pm (no music, talk low).
* The cleaning charges only include the washing of household linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths and dishcloths) as well as making the beds. You should wash your dishes and keep the accomodation clean. If this does not suit you, please let us know before the start of your reservation so that we can arrange a thorough cleaning for an additional charge.
* Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard by keeping the front door closed, staying at a distance of more than 10 meters from the building and picking up your cigarette butts. It is forbidden to smoke anywhere else in the house.
* Pets are only allowed if you ask us in advance and for an additional cleaning charge.

The parking lot is located in the back yard. When you arrive in front of the building, turn around to find the small passageway that allows you to enter the parking lot. You can park there and access the corridor via the rear door of the building, then Apartment #6 is on the second floor on the right. Please note that from the main entrance you will reach the ground floor and from the back door you will already be on the first floor.
The front and rear doors of the building are not locked, but please always keep them closed.

The apartment is equipped with a smart lock. The code will be sent to you after you pay for your reservation.
You can unlock the door by entering the code on the keypad located next to the apartment door.
When you leave the apartment, simply press the arrow button once to lock the door.
If you have any problems, you can call us at any time. That said, we should be inside or around the building when you arrive.

Recyclable waste (glass, cardboard, metals and recyclable plastics) must be deposited by you in the recyclable waste collection containers located in "rue du Stade" (https://goo.gl/maps/TgvHpHYzrNgKF2GQ7) near the stadium and the bus parking lot. There are also other containers at the beginning of the Voie Verte, next to the Tourist Office. You have a white sorting bin at your disposal in the apartment. Do not take the bin out of the apartment. Empty its contents into a bag or other receptacle before placing the recyclable waste in the containers located at the above address, separating the glass from other recyclable waste. There are 2 types of containers: one for cardboard, metals and recyclable plastics and one for glass.

For residual waste after sorting, place the garbage bag in the round black bin located in the corridor of the annex building opposite the back door of the building.

By sorting selectively, one garbage bag should suffice for the duration of your stay. Please note that it is forbidden to leave garbage bags in the container, in the common areas or elsewhere around the house.

Do not forget to put everything back to its original place at the end of your stay: dishes, cutlery, appliances, lights, plugs, chairs, tables, beds, etc.

Please note that the cleaning costs cover only the washing of household linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels) as well as the making up of the beds. You must wash your dishes and return the apartment and its appliances in a clean condition. Do not forget to clean the oven and hob, if you have used them.

Please let us know immediately if anything is missing or broken. We will not charge you for small ordinary accidents, but fees will apply if you do not inform us before the end of your stay.
