Spanning approximately 76 square meters, this apartment offers four guests a cozy vacation retreat with modern, high-quality amenities. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in a casual industrial style that also exudes plenty of coziness. Soundproof, triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating ensure maximum comfort.

Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a smart TV, as well as two bathrooms. The modern kitchen opens onto the living room—there you’ll find, among other things, an induction stove, dishwasher, and oven. The terrace is perfect for reading a book, relaxing, or simply letting the wonderful North Sea air wash over you…

The resort has its own underground parking garage—you can book a spot there for an additional fee of 13 EUR per day. You also have the option to use the resort’s Wi-Fi free of charge. You can use a shared washing machine. There is also storage space for rented or personal bicycles.

Built in 2023, the resort comprises 62 vacation apartments, all constructed and furnished to the highest modern standards. Here, you’ll find a carefully curated blend of innovative vacation architecture, traditional hotel service, and an impressive variety of amenities: Enjoy wellness and fitness, savor peaceful moments in our outdoor area with lounge chairs, or spend quality time with your loved ones at our picnic and barbecue areas and by the pool. The vacation apartments range in size from 45 to 123 square meters and are divided into six categories—ensuring they meet every conceivable vacation need: Families with children will feel just as at home as couples or groups. The high-quality, industrial-style interior exudes plenty of coziness. If you’d like, you can even enjoy a private sauna. Pets are also allowed in some apartments.
