Welcome to our super comfortable, 43 sqm 2-room apartment. Freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard, Madita offers everything you need for a worry-free stay. Best of all: bed linen and towels are already included for you!

Bedroom: Awaits you with a wonderful large bed, a massive wardrobe providing plenty of storage space, a Smart TV, and blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep.



Living Area: Bright and friendly, featuring a cozy sofa, a reading armchair with a dedicated lamp, and a Smart TV with Netflix. From here, you have direct access to your spacious sunny balcony.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen with high-quality Siemens appliances, including a combi-oven (microwave/convection), dishwasher, and a 2-zone ceramic hob. You'll also find a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle.



Bathroom: Small but perfectly formed and freshly renovated. A skylight provides lovely natural light from above.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, perfectly located for both relaxation and activities:



Family Lagoon (Familienlagune): Just a 5-minute walk away. It’s the ideal spot for families, featuring a sandy beach, a great playground, plenty of traditional beach chairs (Strandkörbe), and calm, shallow water perfect for swimming.



Town Center & Harbor: The main shopping mile, the town center, and the picturesque harbor are all within a 15-minute walk.



Daily Essentials: You don't need a car for your daily needs. The nearest EDEKA supermarket, which also includes a bakery for your morning rolls, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Location: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Please note that there is no elevator.



Visitor's Tax (Kurtaxe): Büsum charges a visitor's tax of €4.00 per day/guest (high season) or €2.70 (low season). This must be transferred to us prior to your arrival. You will receive the payment details after booking.



Dogs: One well-behaved dog is welcome! If you'd like to bring two dogs, please contact me with the breed info. There is a fee of €8 per dog/night.



Payments: Both the visitor's tax and the pet fee must be settled via transfer before arrival.



Entertainment: Both Smart TVs are Netflix-ready—feel free to log in with your own account.
