Watt'n View – Pilot Apartment in a Historic Mariners' House Directly on the Dike, Large Sun Terrace Overlooking the Horse Pasture, Close to the Fishing Harbor.



This bright pilot apartment on the ground floor is located in a lovingly restored 1864 house, once home to fishermen, pilots, and captains. The maritime red-brick house with three vacation rentals sits right next to the North Sea dike, just a short walk from the Fedderwardersiel shrimp cutter harbor and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site).



The apartment offers a unique atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The open living area with East Frisian sofa, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the large sun terrace with unobstructed views across the marsh.



In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset on the sheltered, furnished terrace.



Two comfortable bedrooms each feature a 1.60 m double bed and wardrobes. A baby cot can be added in the larger bedroom.



Children will find a play area with a toy kitchen, books, puzzles, games, and toys, plus a playground with swing and playhouse, and a large lawn. A handcart is available in the bike shed.



The bathroom features a spacious, accessible shower with grab bars, towel warmer, new heat pump dryer, and washing machine.



Your bicycles are secure in a private shed with charging for e-bikes. One parking space is included; a second is available on request.



Wi-Fi and TV are provided.
