The rooms are on the small side, especially with a king bed and a bed platform that kind of sticks out (my shin found it) but it's nice, seems like it was recently renovated perhaps and I love the mountain view

The staff was wonderful. Check in was easy. However, the gym equipment was broken and though they said the hot tub was working, the jets did not work. It needs an update but I appreciate feeling safe there!

to be honest the woman at the front desk made me feel kinda awkward confirming my name and said it sounded like a mans name just had me kinda like what lol also the bed in our room the sheet was on all weird & the blanket just shoved under the mattress to where our feet were elevated over our head, easy fix but since we were on a roadtrip staying at multiple hotels it stood out as a little poorer, but other than that it was nice!

Breakfast is convenient for travelers. Overall nice stay... The level #1 back parking lot door did not close and lock on 2 recent visits. Tub in #108 has nice handrails but tub is very slippery when showering without any non-slip on tub. Spout of sink loose and about to fall off.

I really am enjoying stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is great, overlooks a park and the mountains, and it is just a couple blocks from shopping and several restaurants. It is quiet, clean, comfortable. I will definitely stay again, next time I stop in Butte.

This property says it has a hot tub, which it does, however it is broken. Apparently, the hot tub has been broken for a very long time. I spoke with the front desk 2 days before I arrived and told them I was staying because of the hot tub. The front desk person didn't tell me that the hot tub was broken. When I asked for a refund, they said I missed the checkout time, so no refund was possible.

There is a dog park right beside the hotel which I like as a dog owner. Kelly, the woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful in getting us a room on the first floor with a walk in shower. The layout is good and has everything we need.

It was a little tricky getting here the first time, but once figured out it is very easy. The property looks nice from the outside. The check in did not go well as we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There was no apology and even then it took a long time for her to get us our room key. We were happy when we arrived in our room. It is clean and spacious.

The hot tub and pool were not working. That’s only reason we booked there. Bathroom was dirty and shower head didn’t work. Tub needs anti slip mat. Sloppy silicone work. Mold and mildew on windows. Pillows were horrible and flat. Breakfast was unappetizing.
