IMPORTANT:

I- Electricity consumption is charged separately according to the Eneel table: R$1.33 per kilowatt-hour. A photograph of the meter will be taken upon arrival and check-out, and the consumption value will be multiplied by the stated rate;

II- Water consumption is charged separately, according to the Prólogos table: 25.90 cubic meters (m3) measured at the entrance and exit and multiplied by the above rate;

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon identification of guests at the agreed check-in time.
