The house is located in the Bosque de Geribá neighborhood, on a quiet, paved street, 1,000 meters from Geribá beach.

- The pool waterfall is undergoing maintenance and will be back in operation soon.
- Parties and loud music are not allowed during the early morning hours.
- Visitors are accepted with reservations, provided they are not in excessive numbers (more than four), do not stay overnight, and do not cause a disturbance.
