“The hotel was fairly nice, but bring your heavy winter coat because your room will be freezing cold when you get there! Your breakfast, while tasty will be stone cold by the time you get to your table. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the hallways, like the smell of sewer gas. I don't think this property deserves being rated in the 8.0 - 9.0 range. It really was in the 7.5 range. “The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired.”

“My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. “The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind.
