Hotel has offered you to modify your arrival date, as your rate plan does not allow us to cancel a reservation. You decided not take that offer. Hotel has some rules that must be follow by each guests. Rollaway bed is an exrta service from the hotel and it will be charged for if guest request for it. In each room we have mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and iron and ironing board. We are working on ice machine to work sooner to provide ice for our guests.Thank you and take care.
