“Having the waterfall just outside the hotel was beautiful! You cant see it, but you can hear it and its amazing.
The only thing that let down this hotel was the hot water. They had been having problems with the water for a few days, and we werent told on arrival. So after being on the road all day we didnt get to have a hot shower. This was an ongoing problem the time we were there.”

“Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable.
Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day.
In all, an excellent break. ”

“We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024.
We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect.
We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). “Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “The hotel was nice and comfortable and furnishings modern. the bed was extremely comfortable. The outside bar area overlooking the tidal estuary was lovely.
We had an evening meal the first night of our stay that was delicious and reasonably priced.
The location is great and extremely handy for public transport. The railways station is literally next door and that is how we travelled.
Only a couple of things to be aware of, the access stairs to the upstairs rooms are narrow and extremely steep.”
