- No real breakfast
- Noisy surrounding
- Slight lack of service
The hotel itself is not bad compared to other similar hotels but what I missed though is a proper breakfast and a more appealing surrounding. This hotel was upgraded/ refurbished but the still have the wall to wall carpets in the guest room. What I really don't like is the horrible sound from the traffic on both sides of the hotel. “Pulling up to the hotel, we saw broken glass in several spots in the parking lot. The whole hotel has a funky aroma, its a mix of cigarettes and some kind of amonia smell. When we got to our room, it looked like the door had been pried open with a crowbar. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, we switched rooms 3 times. “This was a strange stay - the price was cheap, however there was some people in the parking lot yelling for abour 2 hours, then the police showed up, everyone finally left around 2am. I stayed here in a pintch, but would not stay again, the room was a little smelly and the first desk girl was bothered by me when i checked in”

“We stayed here before and for the most part it’s clean and convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Couple things that we noted, there are ants in our room by the window AC/heater unit. The pool area is less than desirable. The pool was really dirty not inviting at all. ”

“We booked a non-smoking room but when we got there someone had clearly smoked a lot in there. We complained at the reception and they said they didn’t have any more rooms so they gave us a spray to make it a bit better and $40 refund. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the place was in a really bad shape. The pool was completely disgusting ”

“I enjoyed my stay in Brentwood this past weekend. I wasn't at the hotel much since I was visiting family, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was quiet during the night. The only negative was that the shower was missing body wash, but that wasn't a huge deal. I can't really comment on any amenities since I didn't use them, but overall my experience was positive and I'll stay there again next time I'm in the area.”
