“This hotel is an unexpected heaven in a village setting of Selçuk. The staff especially İnci was delightful. She was informative about the ancient sites and very helpful about anything we asked about. The breakfast was wonderful. I would say the definition of tranquility might be a stay at this hotel. Thank you very much, my family and I made great memories there.”

“Pros: very clean, spacious room with A/C and great location with lovely breakfast Cons: what the description doesn’t make clear is that the “hotel” is 5 rooms sandwiched on a floor between a coffee shop (below) and pizza restaurant (above) …our room must have been right under the kitchen because until ~10:40pm (22:40) we could hear every chair scrape, clanging dish, and thumping music above us * if you are at all sensitive to noise this is NOT the place for you* ***the Expedia listing says...

“Can’t recommend the Livia Garden Hotel enough. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure that you are well looked after. “Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time. We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery.”
