“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”

“After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone.
