“The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the conversations of the family staying in the room next to us as well as every bump, laugh and yell, as I’m sure they heard ours. The housekeeping staff...

“Remodeling not quite complete. Missing hand towels and wash rags, no coffee pot and tv broken. Pool not working.”

“Sheets stained and first room the comforter had blood on it. The second room had stains on the comforter and hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. Right beside the bed there was something on the floor that looked real gross. The room did not get real cool either.”

“When you know the facility is completely booked, the staff should know to have enough forks and plates for breakfast. That is poor planning.”
