Hotell nära CII Convention Centre

“Amazing service and concierge! ”

“Nice place, arrived early due to flight changes. No problems. They have their own bar and restaurant.”

“We had to request a room change - as the earlier allocated was dirty. New room required clean bedsheets and sofa in room had a stain. Overall experience was okay staff were helpful but hotel..”

“Checking in, big confusion to whether I needed evisa or not, my 5 yr visa is stamped in passport. Simple as that, but they would not have it, acting as if they are immigration officers. Totally ridiculous. Ask for two key cards. Leave one, the AC turns off otherwise, all my luggage got soaking wet. Terrible, almost had to pay for overweight at airport, apart from my clothes being unwearable and damp. As usual, you get the old "sorry sir" in India. Condensation was so bad all glass...

“It was comfortable stay! ”

“Good breakfast spread. Room needs some maintenance. Close to Elante mall. The wait staff at the restaurant purple mango (their restaurant) was helpful. Overall a good property at a good location but in need of preventive maintenance. ”

“It is a hotel for locals. Staff was nice ans room was fairly clear. ”

“All good ”

“We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby. Staff reluctant to change room or help. Very disappointed.”

“At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience”

“Wifi ok. Location perfect. Shower very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is a joke however, 2 tiny eggs with a few toasts with ZERO thing on them, zero butter zero jam. I paid an extra 8cad for the breakfast but this was NOT worth AT ALL. Front staff is very helpful, ONLY the day staff. Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable. Can be a...

“Hotel condition and cleanliness is really bad! Would not recommend ”

“All bad, dirty rooms, poor service”

“Was ok”

“The location is convenient, but the property looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The wifi did not work. There were no towels in the room and the shower didn't work quite right. The staff was helpful, though. ”

“I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...

“Worst place to stay. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there were several men loitering near the entrance who made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Many occupants appeared to be intoxicated, smoking, or under the influence of drugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for solo or female travelers.”
