“Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

“Lovely big bright room with comfortable beds and wonderful pillows. Breakfast so, so. Hate everything pre made and to eat and drink out of plastic and paper cups, plates and cutlery. Sustainability !!!”

“This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel. It was centrally located and allowed me ten minute walks to two specific places I was wanting to see. It was also close to the 6 mile trolly line which made it easy to access. The hotel was laid out nicely so it was always easy to find my room. It was very clean. I wish the restaurant menu and costs were available on their website or in the rooms. I would highly recommend AC Marriott downtown Kansas City, Missouri.”

“What a great and unexpected experience. I’ve stayed all over downtown and have found my go to. I’ll be back for sure.”

“Inget badrum för toalett och dusch. Dörren till toaletten var en ”slide-door” utan lås som konstant öppnades av sig själv. Duschen låg i hallen, utanför toaletten, framför handfatet. Väldigt märkligt och obekvämt.”

“We had a great stay! Centrally located to the downtown area, lots of food options, very well maintained facility, and we had a great time!”

“Staff was helpful they gave us a different room with an upgrade due with issues with the first room.”

“The breakfast staff were especially sweet and relatable.”

“Rooms were sub par. Trash on the floor in the bathroom with Band-Aids laying around. Burn marks on the countertop in the bathroom and the smell of smoke in the hallways making it into the room. Was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend it to anyone no matter what the cost is.”
