"Trevlig personal, toppenrum och god mat"

"Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rummen va rena och fräscha. Sängarna något hårda och endast lakan som täcken - men troligen en vanesak. Snackbaren där man kunde äta lunch stängde väldigt tidigt och där efter, innan restaurangen öppnade fanns inget snacks eller liknande att handla. Det var tillåtet att sitta och röka på uteplatsen dår man åt - detta va inte så trevligt God mat och goda drinkar. Bra med platser vid poolen och under tiden vi var där så höll personer inte på att paxa stolar. Att använda kassaskåpet på rummet kostade pengar, något dåligt. Personalen på hotellet gjorde verkligen hela vistelsen toppen "

"Det var rikigt bra hotell när man reser med barn. Nära havet, med litet kök och möjlighet att stänga dörrarna så att det blir ett litet sovrum. Väldigt bra barn aktiviteter ingår i hotellet."

"Läget är bra. Personalen är vänliga och hjälpsamma. Gemensamma ytor var rent. Uppskattar att man fick låna badhandduk. Bra musik också vid poolen. Jag har två förbättringsförslag. 1. Flytta ned gymmet till första våningen. Jag hade rummet precis under och vaknade varje morgon av att det var personer som tränade, sprang på löpband eller tappade vikter i golvet. Samma sak om man vill vila på eftermiddagen. 2. Utveckla app som gör att det går och beställa och betala genom QR-kod som finns på borden vid poolen så slipper man kliva upp och beställa i baren. Varje bord kan ha ett eget nummer så blir det lättare för personalen att hitta vem som beställt. "

"Det var väldigt stökigt och stressig atmosfär vid frukosten plus att maten inte levde upp till förväntningarna. Annars var det ett okej hotell med många bekvämligheter men kommer inte bo på så stort hotell igen."

"An excellent hotel with nice staff, very clean and perfect location just by the beach. It is really worth to pay a bit more for the sea view, fantastic room! The only thing I could wish for was a more stabil wifi since I needed to work a bit but it worked good sometimes. I will definitely come back to this hotel! "

"+ The positives about staying at this hotel was the closeness to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the bus stop was also just around the corner that could take you into Alcudia old town or down to Can Picafort, which were two places very nice to visit during the afternoon/evening. Room was cleaned everyday, floors mopped and towels exchanged. The breakfast had a variety of warm food, different kinds of yoghurt, lactose free and milkfree options were available. - The negatives were that the rooms were very badly isolated, very noisy. It was like sleeping with your door open. You could hear everything in the corridors, literally, everything. We had two drinking glasses that were not exchanged at all during our 5 night stay, even though they were visably dirty. The TV was really old, and it wasn’t plugged in when we arrived. The wifi didn’t work, we couldn’t connect to it and then it just disappeared during our whole stay. The breakfast could have had more vegetable options, and the water tasted a lot like chlorine. "

"This hotel is very nice and priceworthy, i loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best i had. Room has a nice design but the toilet is terribly small and awkward, if not fir the toilet it had been a 5 on comfort. Pool bar is nice, the communication could be better from the kitchen/Food truck. As a food and beverage manager i do not like to see my food sit for 5 minutes before service picks it up to bring it to me, IT WILL BE COLD, i even tried to get it myself but they would not let me. Wine by the glass should be tought to the staff by management how much it is, i hate getting leftovers from an open bottle or even 2 bottles and not even 10 cl in the glass. Dont get me wrong, i really enjoyed my stay here and i will come back but there could be some improvement on service by the pool."
