“Lovely location, but inconsistent service. I booked a room, and then my friends booked a room. We were put on the 1st floor, they were on the 7th. They had a balcony, we did not. We had water bottles-they did not, they were given wine and sunglasses for the eclipse, we were not. The bathrooms need attention. I get it’s near the beach, and mold is a problem-but the bathrooms should have been cleaner. The hotel was very expensive for not having breakfast included. I would not stay here again.”
“Calm and nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was travelling with my dog and was pleasantly surprised to find a small agility course, plus a huge fenced garden at our disposal. Very nice!”
“The hotel has a good location and our room was ok and fresh. The breakfast was though very bad, they had just croissants and coffee for which we had to pay. The WORST thing was that they have an agreement with the police that were working as civilians and stopped us. Their boss was working undercover in the cafeteria and followed our movements and when we exited the parking they blocked our way with their car and inspected every inch of our car and us. It felt like we were the worst criminals :(”
