“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible.”

“The experience did not live up to the luxury reputation or price point. The stay started off poorly when we were initially greeted by a timeshare salesperson instead of a welcoming hotel representative. It immediately created an uncomfortable and overly sales-driven first impression, which is not what you expect when arriving at a high-end resort. The butler service was also disappointing. Responses were inconsistent, delayed at times, and overall not very helpful. For a resort that promotes...
