“Everything was pretty much great. Waves, the view, food, room service, staff, other people, the rooms themselves, etc. was all amazing, especially the day-time entertainment team. That said, I think we figured out that we are definitely more “party people” than this resort is meant for. Drink service at the pool came around every ~45-50 minutes and the evening entertainment was generally pretty weak. Activities mostly ended around 9pm and that’s just pretty early for us. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”
