“The location and property were outstanding. Built into the cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, our room had a beautiful balcony with a full view of the water. As it was the beginning of February, the whales were spouting and breaching 24/7 and they could be seen from almost everywhere on the property. The staff was very friendly and courteous and housekeeping was great. The studio/kitchenette was very nice; it was a good amount of space and it had most of what you'd need to spend a week...

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. The front desk followed up several times to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome and our room. We were very happy for the remainder of the stay. The property is clean and quiet. We had a relaxing vacation at Paradisus! ”
