“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the swim up pool made stay very enjoyable. The extra perk of pool service from our pool was great for lunch and drinks no need to get dressed. All of the Reserve staff were friendly and very helpful.”

“The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on”
