“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Need for activities such bar, small convenience store, better restaurant menu. More options to do activities in the hotel. The hotel was clean, beautiful the people amazing my room was amazing TV bathroom, living room, kitchenette breakfast nook.”

“This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most. ”

“Amazing stay, great for families traveling with a baby/toddler. Staff was attentive, room (and resort) was spotless. The level of customer service and care that we received is second to none. We paid for all inclusive and only had one drink. You don't need to be drunk to have fun here. Will be back, already recommended to friends and family.”
