“Staff is unbelievable knew my name by the 2nd day and attention to detail was unreal. Music was fantastic but shows were hotel grade. Food was excellent but somewhat limited. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious. Watched whales all day long from the pool and my balcony ”

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.”
