Ocean 905 at Boqueron Bay Villas is your home away from home, while staying in Cabo Rojo. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach villa. Our spacious and luxury penthouse apartment is strategically located in Boqueron. We are close to the best beaches, tourist attractions, restaurants and El Poblado de Boqueron. A restaurant, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and gas station are across the street. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Cabo Rojo.

Penthouse apartment with easy access for guests. You'll enjoy our spacious apartment that includes everything you need for an amazing stay in Boqueron. Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay.

‱ Our spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with it's own bathroom.
‱ The second room includes a bunk bed with 3 beds (2 Twin - 1 Full).
‱ The third bedroom includes a queen bed.
‱ The bedrooms include air conditioning.
‱ The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, etc.
‱ Iron and hairdryer available on the apartment for our guest.
‱ Washer and dryer available for use for stays of 3 days or more.
‱ 2 Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella are available for your use.
‱ Dominoes Table available on the apartment.
‱ The dining area sits up to 7 people.
‱ The living room includes a Smart TV with Youtube Premium, Premium cable and Netflix.
‱ A balcony is available for our guests to enjoy. Also a Private Terrace with BBQ GRILL, sink, bluetooth speakers and a 10’*10’ Gazebo with chairs and tables.
‱ The complex has a relaxing pool with a gazebo and BBQ. It also, includes a playing area (swings, slide and monkey bars) for kids.
‱ Two designated parkings are available for our guests inside our gated community. ‱ We have a security camera in the front door of the apartment. It will be on during your stay for your security and the security of our property. They are not allowed to be disabled the camera. There will be a $100 dollar fee for disabling. Also, the complex has security cameras in the pool area and the entrance of the complex.
‱ No more than eight (8) people (including adults and children) will be allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of $100 per person per night will be charged if you exceed the number of people allowed in the apartment.
‱ Parties or gatherings are not allowed.
‱ No visitors allowed. Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment and common areas.
‱ Smoking is strictly prohibited.
‱ Pets are not allowed.
‱ In the event of a power, water or internet outage, we are not liable for any of these situations out of our control. It's an uncommon situation that could happen to any STR unit.
‱ Upon reservation, guests agree to follow the apartment's Rules of Use, and poolside rules established by the HOA.
‱ Please treat the items and furniture as if it was yours. Keep in mind any damage or taken items will be charged and a negative rating will be given.
‱ Please note that if the gate beeper or keys (Main or pool) are lost, a charge of $75 dollars will be charged for each item.
‱ In the apartment (Master room) you will have 3 flashlights and 3 corded/cordless fan that can be used in a power outage (With up to 20 hours of runtime). ‱ ‱ There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop. Property is on a third floor without an elevator. So keep that in mind when booking.

Gated community

A good place to crash when exploring the area. The lock box location is not obvious even with the directions given. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay with a lot of interesting things nearby.

Spacious!

It was nice to walk into the spacious condo. Victor is VERY attentive. He answered my questions weeks before our trip. He even had a little sign on the counter welcoming the family and four bottles of water. The television is large, sofa inviting and table comfortable to sit at. There are two large fans in the living room that help circulate air- very affective when the sliding door is open because the property gets a nice breeze. The kitchen was the only dated part of the condo but it served its purpose. There are cups, mugs, plates, a coffee pot and toaster to use as well as cooking utensils and some pots and pans, aluminum foil and ziplock bags. If you plan to cook be sure to bring condiments, cooking spray/butter and spices. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and all three bedrooms have an ac unit. Victor having flashlights and battery backed fans in the bedroom is a BIG plus. The island lost power our last day and these came in handy. The upstairs terrace is very comfortable and the sink up there is a plus! He also has two beach chairs, table, umbrella, a cooler as well as beach towels to use. Made going to the VERY close beach enjoyable. The condo door key pad and community gate transponder worked great. The key to open the building door is in a lock box just past the first set of buildings on the left. Parking spots are close to the entrance and didn’t have any issues with others using them. There is a bakery up the road that you should definitely go to.

Great

The property was great and the host was responsive. Close to various beaches, shopping centers. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The host checked-in throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Host was also available to answer questions as needed.
